I used to get nauseous when I was breastfeeding, especially in the morning, and I would yell at DH to bring me some dried fruit to nibble on which helped. I have not noticed it in a few weeks, so I am hoping it is gone for good. I am 11 weeks pp if this helps!
Try eating a handful of raw almonds when you start feeling nauseous. It eliminates nausea, AND it's good for you! My doula told me this when I was pregnant, and it was a lifesaver during 3rd trimester morning sickness.

Idont BF but I also have been feeling nauseous the last couple of days. It kinda threw me for a loop since I didnt even feel sick during pregnancy. Also the thought of being pregnant again crossed my mind but then I remembered that you need some action for that lol

Thanks for the replies, I am going to try the almond thing.
