We have two goldens (2 years and 8 months old) who are going to be the "big brothers" for our baby. Our 8 month old is a handful to say the least so we are hoping we can get his act together by the time baby comes. Our 2 year old is an angel though and will make the best big brother ever!
We have a 5 year old Boston Terrier, Daisymae! She is definitely our princess & we're hoping she doesnt feel left out by the new baby. But she is already in love with my bloat bump & sleeps on it whenever im home.
We have two boxers. Bauer on the left is 4 and Piper is 6. I have a good friend who has been bringing her baby over to my house a lot lately and we've discovered that my puppies loooooove babies!
I have Bessie, my yellow lab who will be four years old on Christmas! And Dixie, my English Mastiff who is 15 months old.

I have three dogs--Cash a 12 y/o Malamute mix, LT an 8 y/o Spaniel mix and Soda a 6 y/o border collie. I also have three cats- Frank and Lera-about 7 y/o ex-tomcats and No-Ear is about 1 y/o. No Ear is the first foster kitten out of 50 or so that I felt like needed to stay with me. He's so damn cute!
I also have three foster kittens that are about 5 weeks old and one adult foster cat who is here while the shelter is having some construction done.
I'm ready for all the fosters to leave! I'm too damn tired!
This is Roxy, our 2.5 year old Cairn Terrier. She is an angel with DD. Lets Addy climb on her, give her hugs, pull her ears, etc. Such a sweet dog.
This is our new puppy, we get to bring him home in September. He is an Australian Shepherd. I think we are going to name him Miles. He will be DH's work dog and will just sleep inside. I can't wait to get him!

We have Baylie Boo, our almost one year old (august 28th) Jack Russel Terrier/Lab mix. I love her to bitsnpieces. I've been cuddling with her a lot recently and telling her that she'll always be my first baby and what a good girl she is. I'm worried she's going to be jealous when the baby comes, but I'm determined to give her lots of attention, too!

metzy, what kind of work does your DH do? Will he be a stockdog? My border collie works stock and I'm a super nerd about working dogs.
DH is a famer and we have feedlots and pasture that will be filled with cattle this fall/winter, so yeah we will need him to work with cattle DH is going to take him to classes starting in January so they both can really get the hang of it. I think it's cute.

I've got an adorable little 12-lb Papillon puppy named Brutus. (We're OSU fans, and he's named after the mascot.) I don't have a pic uploaded or I'd send one.
Our boys (Lucky, 6 & Spanky 2) also have March Birthdays, which was kind of funny. Lucky is a lovable Lab mix and Spanky is a terrierist mix, j/k he is much better behaved after graduating training classes.
My little man is Cody, he is almost 2 (in Sept.) and he is a beagle/Jack Russell mix. He is a spunky little guy with a crazy amount of energy and a big personality. And he is a total momma's boy.

We have a slightly insane 10 month old cat named Pebble...I can't PIP at work sadly. She's a huge mama's girl and will only cuddle with me so she may turn in to the jealous type.

I'm a little late but we have an almost 3 year old German shepherd ( pictures in siggy), named Emmett , who is currently the love of our lives! We are very hopeful that he'll be the best big brother ever and are betting that he'll be very protective. He is definitely used to getting all the attention so that will be an adjustment for sure!

Our boxer, Major, will turn 3 early March. He loves kids but I'm not sure how he will react to a baby. Toy differentiation will definitely be a problem! I actually bought him a tshirt that has only child crossed out, then it says big brother. I think we will take a pic and use that for our FB announcement!

Where did you get that shirt? I'm thinking about getting a "Big Sister" one for FB, but this is such a cute idea!

Awesome! we mostly work sheep and have competed and done alright. I've put her on calves once or twice and it was hilarious. They're a lot tougher, that's for sure! She had to use that bite but was kind of scared of them too. I got a good giggle out of it.
A good dog can make stock work sooooo much easier!
i have an 11 yr old min pin that is incredibly shy and has a history with kids (unfortunately not a good one), so i am kinda worried about Bean coming. i think if it becomes an issue, we will just have to muzzle him. i wont have him biting Bean

Re: Four-legged big brothers and sisters (to be)
I can never get siggy pics to work, but I have a 4 year old English Bulldog (princess), Lily, and a 2(ish-rescue) year old Orange Tabby cat, Obie.
Lily believes she is the owner of my lap, so this should be interesting
First of all, I don't feel like resizing all of the pics, so I'm sorry that they are kinda big.
My two boy cats, Zumi (the tux) and Eliot (who is now full-grown, but this pic is really cute):
Topanga, the cat love of my life:
Our "special" cat, Pequita:
And my first fur-baby, Roo (the best dog eva), hanging out with Zumi:
We have a 5 year old Boston Terrier, Daisymae! She is definitely our princess & we're hoping she doesnt feel left out by the new baby. But she is already in love with my bloat bump & sleeps on it whenever im home.
This is Max riding our chocolate lab, Bella!
We have Neala our 4 year old black lab (pictured below) and Skip our 14 year old black lab. I need to get a current picture of the old guy!
We have two boxers. Bauer on the left is 4 and Piper is 6. I have a good friend who has been bringing her baby over to my house a lot lately and we've discovered that my puppies loooooove babies!
Shiva is my baby girl right now.
