Which do you use? I have California Baby but it actually doesnt work that well for my D...I know a lot of people recommend this brand though. Any others that you prefer??

Sudocrem - all the way.

Penaten is horrible, and the packaging is useless to use with one hand.

I use Triple Paste at home and it seems to work well. I also use Aveeno at her daycare, and good things with that too.

We use either Destin or Butt Paste (I prefer butt paste over destin), every night after his bath. Other than that, we don't use anything during the day on him and he's never had a diaper rash.

We recently started using the Aquaphor that comes in the tub and it works great.

I love Triple Paste.

Also - I use my own little concoction that seems to work really well - i use equal parts Aquaphor and Malox (in the red/white bottle). Stir it up really good until it because thick and white.

Pinxav (pronounced "Pink Salve") has been the hands-down favorite in my family for literally generations. You get it at the Target/Walmart pharmacy. It's like $6 for a big tube, works great.
