Holy bananas! I hope I'm not jinxing the Emster but we have made it 4 days with ZERO As & Bs! This is seriously unprecedented in her short life! I am in complete disbelief LOL Every day it feels like she is closer and closer to coming home. I am still pulling for 1 Aug. She is doing so fabulous on formula. It is definitely assuaging any guilt I felt. I had to go to the store to buy a bunch of 0-3 month clothing bc she is pushing the boundaries of her NB stuff LOL My little chunker is nearly 7lbs with a big ol Buddha belly haha I just had to share with y'all. THe NICU really is such a roller coaster that you have to share the good stuff right?

That's wonderful! Just curious, when did they start letting her wear clothes? I know mine are probably a bit far from that right now.

to the other post...we clothed ds when he was around 4 weeks old(actual) he was then in the feeding/growing room. I noticed all the other babies wearing clothes, so we asked, and they said yes, just no zippers.

Yay for small victories! Hopefully this means "homecoming" is just around the corner!

To the pp, our NICU said aroudn 1500 grams... so like 4 pounds ish I think????

And buttoned footed sleepers seem to be the best.

That's awesome! I had one come home in 0-3 as well, its so unbelievable how quickly they can grow!

To PP, for us we could wear clothes as soon as the humidity in the isolette was turned off.

On my way to the hospital, the dr called and told me to bring our car seat!! If all goes well we will bring her home Saturday!!! OMG!! The car seat challenge is going well except Emily is a little fussy, too used to her bouncy seat lol And PP, we got to dress Emily when she was a little over 4lbs and I think around 2mnths AA. But she has always had a big belly and been on the long side so that effected her clothes size more than weight.
