  We have the step 2 fresh market. I love it! DS plays with it almost every day

  I bought Emerson the Pink PBK Retro kitchen.   She plays with it from time to time.  I'd do a step 2 and call it a day if I had to do it over again.

  My DD's play kitchen is the one from IKEA.. it was only $99 for the bottom part and $30 for the hutch with a microwave on top.. it looks like our real kitchen so I couldn't resist.. they also have real stainless pots/pans and play food.. so, so so cute.. She has been playing with it since she was 16 months old.. (she has older cousins who modeled it for her).. and now I tell her to go "wash your dishes".. or "put your teapot in your kitchen" and she does..

  we have the camden rose kitchen.  pricey, but solid wood, made in the US, and made with non-toxic stuff.  we love it.

  We have the Educo Gourmet Chef Kitchen in green. LO loves it, it's wooden, and was around $100 on Amazon.
