XP: Update on IVF #3

As you may recall, baseline for IVF #3, take 4 didn't go so well last week. However, I just got off the phone with my nurse and even though I didn't have any more bleeding as they had hoped over the weekend, they are going to have me get my E2 drawn tomorrow morning. If my E2 is low, they are going to have me start stims tomorrow. If my E2 is high, I will do BCPs for a week and then have thing re-assessed.
I would hate to be cancelled again. But, last week my RE was concerned that this cycle wouldn't work if we didn't get my lining to thin before starting stims. So, now, I'm worried that if I'm not cancelled, this cycle will be a failure because of my lining. But, if I do get cancelled, will I ever get to cycle? How will one week of BCPs help? Should that cause me to have AF again?
I guess I just have to wait and see what my E2 is like tomorrow!
ETA - Any positive vibes or T&Ps would be greatly appreciated!

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

I really hope things look good tomorrow and you can move forward. Or that things progress quickly if you do have to put it off. A week of BCP should cause you to shed some lining.

I really hope that you can move forward with this cycle. I am sure if they put you on BCP's for a week it would do something. Maybe force AF when you go off them? I was on them for 2 weeks (although it was just to suppress me) and my lining def. got really thin. They didn't even think I would bleed since it was so thin, but I did a little.
I really, really hope this works out for you sweetie!!!
I've been thinking about you so much. Being in the middle of my stims I can't fathom doing this over and over again.
Hopefully you are able to get some resolution and things can get rolling for your sanity. You're so incredibly strong and inspiring. Hang in there! We are all rooting for you.

I'm so sorry you're still in limbo. Hopefully, you can move forward with something that you and your RE are comfortable with. I would think you would shed some of your lining after 1 week of BCP.

After more than 2 years of fertility treatments, FET did the trick!
