Are you wanting to try and do anything differently this time? Meaning eat better, exercise, ect.
I was on bed rest for a while with my first. I know that there's not much I can do to prevent it, but I really hope to not have to go back down that road. I didn't work when I was pregnant with my dd so it's going to be intresting to see how different it is. I'm kinda nervous about telling everyone I work with.

This is my fourth pregnancy and I am trying to do things differently this yime around. I am TRYING to eat better (not working out so well). I definately want to exercise more this time around. Because this is going to be my last I just want to enjoy every minute of this pregnancy. I am also determined to breasfeed this time. My other three were bottle fed.

I definitely want to eat better and exercise. I gained 40 pounds with DS and I really want to try to avoid gaining that much again.
I also want a prenatal massage this time!
I am also hoping I don't end up on bed rest this time & hoping I will be able to make it full term (had DS at 35 weeks).
I'm hoping that I don't gain as much weight in my first tri as I did with DS. I feel like half or 3/4 of the weight I gained with DS was in the first tri (20 or 37 lbs)!!! So far so good, I do feel like a heiffer some days but I think that's the bloat talking.
I do want to repeat some things though! I want to stay active well into pregnancy and take another aqua-fit class. It was AMAZING, especially near the end. I also want to work as long as possible so that I have as much time as possible at home with both kiddos!!
My dd was formula fed too. I really hope to breastfeed this time.
I'm going to a chiropractor now. Other than that, I think (hope) it's be the same as the first time. I worked out until ~37 weeks (I think I freaked out the ladies in the locker room). I had no MS with DD...hoping it stays that way!
Me too. It's a serious addiction. lol.

Bubblegum Explosion
I am trying to stay active and exercise at least 3x/week. Last time I stopped exercising once the m/s hit, and then never re-started! I was determined to keep going to my Zumba class this time but my OB told me to quit after I had a threatened m/c at 5 1/2 wks. THEN the nausea hit and I was definitely glued to the couch.
Today was my first time back to the gym in about 3 weeks- and my driving motivation was to take poor DD there so she could get out an play, since I'm such a tired lamer right now
I walked 45 min- it felt great!
I gained 60+ lbs last time, 12 in the first tri! I'm hoping not to repeat that! Lol.
Most everything else was good last time body wise, yoga, chiro, massage = awesome combo!
