if you want to stock up on diapers before baby(ies) arrive, babies r us is having a great sale today and tomorrow.

we bought 780 diapers (210 newborn, 570 size 1) for about $90. we bought a variety of brands to try out - fisher price, earth's best, huggies pure & natural. DH loves a deal, and calculated that we spent about 8.5 cents per diaper - not too shabby!

we went this morning and also stocked up! We also bought 2 Chicco car seats (reg. priced $179 each) and w/ the twins discount and deal they are running, they cost us $129 each.

I found out about it on FB at 12:30 yesterday, our store opened at 10am. Rushed over there and all the Huggies were gone. So bummed. I bought 2 NB and 2 size 1 of the Seventh Generation b/c I had $2 off coupons, but it wasn't as great of a deal as the Huggies with the $5 gift card. They worked out to be $2.50 each! Wish I had known about it sooner, apparently people were in line waiting for them to open.
