in-laws Day 1

so i go back to work in a week and my in-laws are up from FL to watch DD for the month before she starts daycare. 

 

so i decide to let them and DH be responsible for getting her down for her last nap while i study.  LO is cranking and won't go down.  so i come out and DH is trying to shove the pacifier in her mouth and my MIL is saying "oh she's fine!  go study."  um, she's not fine if she's crying!  hey everyone, you think she needs a diaper change??  DH changes her, and of course she's wet.  lord, give me the strength.  as much as i appreciate the help, i swear i just MIGHT feel more at ease if she was in daycare. 

DD has never had diaper rash.  i should put an over/under on when she'll get it under the watchful eye of my MIL  Hmm
