  I'm confused...I thought 3rd trimester didn't start until your 28th week? I'm 27 weeks too and was starting the countdown until then....

   Each trimester is 1/3 of our pregnancy.Mathematically speaking 2nd tri starts 13w3d. 3rd tri starts 26w6d. If your third trimester didn't start until 28 weeks, each trimester wouldn't be the same amount of time(second tri would last longest). I hope that makes sense...

  me too!  it's not the discomfort of the third tri that i'm scared of.  or being a parent to a newborn.  it's what it takes to get there - in other words CHILDBIRTH!!!  heads up!  DO NOT WATCH "16 AND PREGNANT".  i did and it gave me childbirth anxiety.
