    The only brand new MT I bought was from Two Mama Designs.  I think the process took 2 weeks, but that was for a custom HB and included the time needed for me to send in fabric.  I would consider that pretty fast.  I'm not sure if they have anything in stock.

    I bought my Mei Tai from meitaibaby.com They have a few ready to ship ones that ship in just a day or two. If you want to do a custom one they take about two weeks. I am very happy with my purchase from them. It is well made and not too expensive, worth every penny.
