DD went for her 4 month well check and a recheck of her stool for blood. It was still positive

. They did agree to let me wait four more weeks and continue being really strict with my diet and then retest. I am wondering if a dietician could help? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Re: Diet help
totally try a dietician. I did and it was a huge help.
If you eat meat than you should do much better than when i had to be on a diet. Always put some grilled chicken in your meal (make it in advance and heat it up and put it in your salads). Here are some ideas..
* salads with balsamic / vinegar (or i made my own dressing.. i pureed guacamole with lime juice and some salt and oil / vinegar) - i learned to get very very fancy with my salads..
* loads of guacamole on a safe chip
* cold cuts, avocado, tomato, onion rolled up in a piece of lettuce (cigar looking)
* Mac & Chreese
* There are a ton of cereals that are free of top 8
* Quinoa w/ baked apples
* rice puddings
I would really spend a lot of time on websites looking for recipes. Here is one that helped me in the beginning. https://intolerantoffspring.com/
I did make an allergist appointment but can't get in for a little while. Thanks for the ideas - keep them coming!
