Unmedicated Birthing Class

Did anyone take the Unmedicated Birthing Class offered through TriHealth? I am considering signing up but I'm not sure if this is the best one to take. Thanks

    I didn't take one through them, but I did take one that focused on natural birth.  I would make sure they go through all the medial interventions since you never know what can happen (my planned waterbirth turned into a c-section after quite a few interventions to try to get her out).  Otherwise I felt prepared with our natural birthing class over the traditional course.

    We took the hypnobirthing class at trihealth and highly recommend it!!

    I took the unmedicated class through the Bowen Center (Jeannie Brigger is the teacher). I enjoyed the class and it worked for us because it was only 5 weeks long.
