Who tried for 2u2?

DD is 9 1/2 months and we're casually trying for baby No. 2. I feel partially insane. But then the other part of me doesn't think it will be too big a deal. As a disclaimer, DH is 38, so we don't want to wait TOO long. But that's not the primary motivation here.

    There is a post further down on the first page labeled did you plan for 2u2? That has many responses that can also answer your question. HTH!

    I tried!  As soon as my first one hit 10 weeks I started trying for number 2 and got pregnant on the first try.  I hated being pregnant and wanted to knock it out all at once or would have never done it again.  And, we really wanted 2 kids so I got moving.  It's hard right now, but when my little one is walking and can play with my oldest it will be the best thing ever..  I love it!!  I have my 2 boys and I am done!!

    We planned to just "see what happens" and the first month off BCP we found out! Our Lo's will be 18 1/2  months apart.

    We casually tried too and I got pregnant the week we had the conversation that we would try a few months earlier than planned, bc you know, it would take a least a few months...NOT. I am so thankful though. They are 18 months apart and I love it.

    We were ready to try for #2 when #1 was only 3 months old! My body, however, had different plans... I didn't ovulate again until DS was 8 months old I think - but once I did, I was pregnant!

    DH is also nearly 38 and not such a baby person, so we decided when we got married to just have them one after another. At least for the first two. ;)

    Since I regularly lurk on this board, I'm gonna say that I can't wait to see Abby 2.0 since you make cute babies :)

    And if my child STTN and we didn't have a winery trip planned in a month I would start trying now.

    We were hoping for 2 after 2. It took 7 months to get pregnant with DD#1 so we figured we should start not preventing once she turned one, thinking that even if we took half that time to get pregnant, DD would still be 2... Well I was pregnant within 2 weeks of not preventing, landing me in the 2u2 category, which now I wouldn't have any other way!
