    I successfully hypnobirthed using just the book, the CD that comes in the book & watching some youtube videos.  I had an easy drug-free birth & I owe it all to the book.  I delivered at St. Catherine's, Labored at home in the bath & arrived 40 mins before my son was born (close call, but I felt so comfortable in the tub)
