We just got back from Destin, FL. I was 19 weeks when we left. We actually had it planned before I got pregnant and never really called it a babymoon, but it will be the last long trip before the baby comes.
We likely won't refer to it as this but we'll be taking a 5 day trip to Vancouver Island in several weeks. I will be somewhere around 24-28 weeks at the time.
My DH and I just got back from Ocean City, MD. We went for 3 nights. We really didn't call it a babymoon but it will most likely be the last vacation we take before our LO arribes.

We went on a 5th anniversary trip when I was 8 wks. Not a babymoon at all but still a nice vacation, just DH and I since we left DD with my parents. We went to Cape Cod and Maine for 10 days. It was really nice.
We've talked about maybe doing a stay-cation and renting a hotel on the beach jsut the 2 of us for a long weekend but nothing for sure.
We were going to go on a New England vacation in June, but I ended up getting a new job and the week we were going to go ended up being my last week at my old job. Then, we tried to plan an impromptu watered down version of it this weekend, but my new job interfered with that plan. lol. So, after two planned New England vacations that flopped, we went to Granville, OH which is a New England style town in Ohio. We left Thursday night and came back Saturday afternoon. It ended up being exactly what we needed. GL!
Like some others, we had ours planned (and mostly paid for) before I got pregnant. We went to France (Paris + French Riviera) from weeks 9 - 11. It was a little rough because we had multiple forms of transit involved -- indeed, planes, trains, and automobiles -- and I had quite a bit of nausea then. We still had tons of fun, and I can't think of anything I wasn't able to do because of my m/s, but if we'd been able to switch the trip to weeks 18 - 20, I think I might have been more comfortable. As it was, I spent several plane trips and a loooong train trip willing myself not to throw up...
We are going to Europe when I am 24 weeks! We are going to Oktoberfest in Germany (letting my husband have all the fun there ), then to Amsterdam, next to London, then finally Paris. We can't wait!
