"Is he walking yet?"

Does something change in the visitation rights once your LO starts to walk? It seems like that is all STBXH is worried about. He will call and ask and each time the answer is no. Since he isn't walking he doesn't come by. If he does come by he will ask and still the answer is shockingly no and then he will just leave.

Do they get to see them more just because they walk? Or is this just false hope on his side?

Re: "Is he walking yet?"

  • Umm..no, walking has nothing to do with any kind of custody/visitation change. Maybe he's just genuinely excited for him to start walking?! I dunno....

  • I know for sure that isn't it. It's just really weird that after 10 months that is all he cares about. It's all he has ever cared about.

  • How odd. I would probably continue to tell him LO is not walking yet even after he is, just because I'm a b!tch like that.
