I had my biweekly ultrasound yesterday... and at 33weeks 1 day babies were 4lbs 11oz and 5lbs 3oz ... Which I think is HUGE for only 33 weeks.. Just wondering how close your scans were with the babies actual birth weight... Looks like I could have a couple 7 or 8lb-ers if I go close to term and they keep up their growth!

After 2 years, Injects, PCOS diagnosis and 2 IUI's, we were blessed with our beautiful twin girls!
Baby Girl #3!
i had an ultrasound about 24 hours before my boys were born-- they estimated baby a at 5.5 lbs, and he was 5 lbs, 9 oz (so it was right on!). they estimated baby b at 5 lbs, and he was 4 lbs, 7 oz, so that estimate was slightly off. they did say the estimates had a range of .5 lbs either way.
but yeah, those are big babies for 33 weeks!
Mine were way off.
At 361d they measured 7 lbs 2 oz and 7 lbs 10 oz.
They were born a day later and weighed 5 lbs 14 oz and 6 lbs 3 oz.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I don't have any numbers myself - but my OB said that the earlier weights are much more accurate than later. He basically said anything prioir to 30 weeks should be pretty accurate but past that, they can be pretty far off. Esp with twins - he was having to "guess" on the body size of one of mine because the other baby's head was blocking his view.
Had my last growth scan u/s days before my induction and DDs measured at 6 lbs. 8 oz and 4 lbs. and some odd oz. It was off for both--baby A was just shy of 6 lbs. and baby B was exactly 6 lbs.
Yeah, I know the later in the pregnancy you are that the weights arent as accurate... but my guys have been measuring a big since we started bi-weekly scans at 20 weeks... at the 29 week mark they were already measuring 3lbs3oz and 3lb 6oz ... so it's leading me to think they are indeed just good sizes. But I suppose only time will tell ! My goal all along has been 36 weeks and at least 6lbs each so we'll see if I reach it!
It's been quite a while, but if I recall correctly my last weight estimates they estimated Tristan would be 6 lbs 12 or 13 ounces and Zxavier to be 6 lbs and a few ounces....I think, I remember thinking they were way off for Tristan and fairly close estimate for Zxavier.
Tristan was 6 lbs 4 ounces and Zxavier was 6 lbs 1 ounce.
