Baking Soda Gender Test?

Hey girls. I tried the baking soda test and it didn't do anything until like a minute later there were just a few tiny bubble around the rim of the cup? Not fizzy or foamy but just a few tiny bubbles? anyone else have this happen? or know what its supposed to mean?

    I just heard about it myself LOL but you are supposed to put a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup then pee in another cup and pour the urine into the cup of baking soda. If it does nothing supposed to be a girl, if it fizzes or foams like beer a boy.

    I've never heard of that... sounds like it's just an old wives tale that is most likely not that accurate for determining gender

    i'm so glad my hubs didn't walk in the kitchen a few mins ago.  i literally put a scoop in a cup and then popped a squat and peed a little in the cup.  he wouldn't have understood that.  hell, i'm not sure if i understand me half the time.

    HAHA! you should have seen my fiances face when I told him to get some baking soda at the store and what I needed it for. He just laughed rolled his eyes and told me I am a mess.

    Mine fizzed some, but not a lot.  Does that mean boy?  My gut instinct is boy.  We'll see when the time comes I guess...

    Ok, I cant believe I just tried that but I couldnt resist. I put one teaspoon of bakingsoda in a cup, peed in another and then poured the pee over the bakingsoda. Mine fizzed up like a beer, alot. So boy huh? Lol we'll see.
