Hungry

I have started a clean eating, portion controlled lifestyle to lose weight. My problem is, I STAY HUNGRY! I know it is because I am use to large portions and eating junk food, but I need ideas to stave my appetite.

  • Lean proteins, healthy fats in moderation, whole grains, fiber, complex carbs . Take a salad full of veggies and throw some tuna or quinoa or beans on top to keep you full longer. Add some natural almond butter or pb to apple slices. Check out www.katheats.com for some inspiration. It's my fav healthy living blog.
