What is your company's policy if they have half day fridays during the summer? Are you responsible for making up the time during the year, or how does that work? Our company was going to do half day Fridays but told us we had to work the extra hours during the week to balance out the pay. Essentially they weren't going to pay us for a full Friday when we didn't work the extra time to make up for it. Just wondering how other companies handle this and what they're policies are?

I and my husband (different companies) each have the same schedule option, but it's year-round. Our companies would never just give us 4 hours off every week.
