Similac formula with outside seal broken

We got some in the mail from Similac. The foil seal is just fine around the top of the container. But, the little zigzag white label on the ouside come broken. Now most formula doesn't even have this extra label.

Would you still use it?

i would still use it as long as the foil is okay and how did you get such a big container of formula for free/
