Holden Beach?

Anyone been before? We just booked a vacation there for a week. Just wondering what there is to do for kids. We are taking my nieces ages 7 & 4 and then my kids ages 3 & 1.
Things to do? Places to eat?
Is it a pretty bike friendly place?

    I have not been there since I was in middle school so I would be of no help to you. It was a fairly quiet family friendly town, beautiful beaches. Sorry wish I could be of more help.
