A lot of you are friends with me on FB so you know most of the story, but for those who don't or who want the whole story, I've posted it to my blog. It's a long one. Long story short, we are allright now. ![]()

Amy reminded me of the priobiotics. Did your doctor recommend that? When Carter was on antibiotics post-hospital, he was also on Florastor (sp?) that is an over the counter probiotic. You mix the little powder packet with juice and they drink it 2x a day with breakfast and dinner to keep diarrhea under control.
I'm so sorry you had to go through all this! And 35 weeks PG no less! I guess that's better than going through it with a newborn. Hopefully, this will be a distant memory soon. People ask me all the time how Carter is doing, and I always have to stop for a second to figure out what the heck they're talking about because he's doing so well, I forget that he had a recent hospital stay.
Wow! That is so scary. I am so glad that he is okay. Thanks for sharing your story. I will be EXTRA cautious moving forward.
Thank you so much for sharing this M. I can't imagine how difficult this was for you and your family. So happy that E was/is okay.

I think we were all wondering how such a thing happens so we can try to prevent it from happening to someone else.
