When telling the baby's age, do you use weeks or go by the actual date?

Kara was born four weeks ago today, so is she a month old today, or will she be considered a month old on November 11th since she was born on Oct. 11th?

I think that she'll be one month old on Nov 11th, since months are really 4.3 weeks or something like that.

I think I said weeks up until about 12 weeks and then I started saying months. And I would consider 1 month on November 11th.

She's a month old on the 11th. I think I used her age in weeks until she got to about 12 weeks.
