what are you eating right now? :)

I'm on to my snack. Chips and salsa. I've been feeling queezy but find that it's way better if I spread my meals into smaller snacks. I just need to make sure my snacks are healthier!

    Ooh...I have pita chips and fresh salsa in the kitchen and that makes me want to go bust them out!  Yummy!

  • animal crackers. I've been feeling so yucky the last couple days and I think I need to eat smaller more frequent meals. Hopefully that works.
  • I just finished eating some watermelon and am now finishing up some almonds.  Blegh, I feel like shiv!  I brought lunch but am thinking of going to get some sushi instead!  Cooked sushi.

  • I had oatmeal for breakfast and have been eating Amy's Organic frozen pizza bites for lunch (no nitrates, contains only pasteurized cheese, etc.) and last night, I made shepherd's pie to get more veggie servings in since I am having weird food aversions with raw carrots and such.

  • I really wanted a Sausage mcgriddle AND a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin this morning. At 7:30 am it sound great, now at 10:40 it is not agreeing with my stomach.

  • I just had a turkey with provolone cheese sandwhich. ...and a side of cooler ranch doritos. ...ok so I put the doritos in my sandwhich. AND I also made another 1/2 a sandwhich because the first was really good. :-D

  • I'm eating a BK Veggie sandwich, which are usually one of the least appealing things to me on the planet, but for some reason this is my second one this week.  Since I have an aversion to pretty much ALL FOOD this week, I'll take what I can get.

  • I just ate some graham crackers. I thought regular cracker would be too obvious if anyone saw me eating them. They helped a lot but now I'm hungry for lunch.

     Ugh, I totally agree with you here.  I was a vegetarian for almost 10 years, and when they came out with that I was soooo annoyed, because the food court (college) stopped letting me order a whopper without the patty because they just said "well, just eat the veggie burger, that's what it's here for"  No!  It's gross!  Just give me a whopper without the meat!

    Anyways... I just ate a couple handfuls of cereal right out of the box.  Embarrassed At least my (first) breakfast was healthy!

  • I've been slowly eating a container of blueberry yogurt for about the past hour.  I'm debating about purchasing lunch.  I'm not really hungry and I have some carrots and applesauce for later.  But I'm not sure if that is going to be enough.

  • I had Saltines ... they didn't stay down. I just ate a bagel with cream cheese that seemed to help.

  • Started the day with Honey Nut Cherrios, then had some yogurt when I got to the office.  Just now I finished off chips & guac!  For later I have an english muffin, pineapple and cherries!  I find if I keep something in my stomach, it helps fight the queasies!  Once my stomach is empty - I don't feel so good!

  • Stoneyfield vanilla yogurt.  It takes me a half hour to eat 1/2 a cup.  Stays down..amen
