Poor baby I think she has reflux. Starting last week she's been crying terribly before spitting up "a lot" of liquid. And she cries every time now, I feel so bad for her. She definitely is acting like it's bothering her. And she spits up more often if shes upright, she does best in a reclined position. I feel so bad for her. Luckily our two month appt is tomorrow, so we can talk to the pedi about it. So we'll deal with that, and her shots.. Poor kid.
On top of that, I pumped yesterday and there was blood in the milk, after about 1/2 oz I stopped dumped it, checked my nipple - no cracks, no blood on it. (I realize giving the baby some milk with blood in it is no big deal because they nurse on cracked nipples, etc.. But it grosses me out willingly and knowingly giving to her so I dumped. Plus it was a half oz, not a decent amount.) Started pumping again and no blood. But the first half oz was definitely decently pink. I have no clue, popped blood vessels in my boob maybe? Any thoughts/guesses?

Re: we're semi falling apart
Sorry that your lo is showing signs of reflux, it's so hard to see them suffer! The medicine made a huge difference in both my girls! Hope the same for you.
As for the blood in your milk, I've only heard of that happening to one other person. I would freak if that ever happened to me!
Trust me, I did! Dh's face was of utter disgust, lol. I don't blame him but it wasn't comforting either...

Hopefully it was a once in a lifetime sort of thing and you never have to see that again! I'd ask a lactation consultant about it, just out of curiosity!
