Made 3 B-bands for $5 PIPS

Went to the fabric store today and bought 1/4 yard of 100% Rayon fabric in cream, olive green and brown. They are AWESOME. I don't have a bump, or bloat really yet, and I don't NEED them. But I'm guessing soon I will.

I'll take some pics once I finish the brown one.

The brown one is only one layered where as the green and white ones are doubled up for more support. I figure the brown one might be good for earlier on.

I might go back and get the teal color too.

Man, I wish I could sew. I bought a machine earlier this year. It took me 3 hours to figure out how to thread it. I fixed a hem and I haven't done anything since then because I can't remember how to thread the machine with a different color thread.

I should take a sewing for dummies class.

PK, I am impressed. Even if I did remember how to use my sewing machine, I don't think I'd have the energy to plug it in. At this point I'm not above paying a professional (ahem... Target) to make me an expensive loop of fabric. I can't wait to see your pics!

Haha. The hardest thing for me was threading the machine. Probably took me 45 minutes. 15 minutes each for sewing the bands tho. I did double stitch them tho, Just in case. My machine kind of sucks. pretty sure its a kids machine. its pink
