I do but mostly due to the fear of embarrassment if something happens....I really only need them for nights......what do you do? If you don't, when did you stop?Thanks.... I should say I have a bit of an oversupply issue and a quick letdown
I will wear them if I am going to be out and about and it might be longer than normal between feedings. I have almost no supply but my left side leaks fairly often but I think it looks uneven if I only use one, so I always wear both out in public!

I do, all the time. Overnight is really the only time I leak, but the fabric of a nursing tank or bra rubbing really irritates and hurts my nipples. I use reusable pads because I got sick of having to buy disposables, especially since they don't really get wet.
I wear them all the time, but I only really need then when I'm actually nursing. Both sides let down at the same time, so I have to make sure the side I'm not nursing on is covered.
I don't leak at all, but I wear them because I still have to use lanolin to keep my nipples from bleeding all the time. The lanolin stains everything, so I use reusable nursing pads to keep my shirts and bras from being stained.

I wear them all the time. I have to wear disposable at night and if its going to be a long time between feedings because I will soak through the reusable. I have an oversupply and will randomly let down so not wearing them isn't an option. I'm safe for about an hour after pumping and that's it.

I wear them 24/7...I pump and BF. She sleeps from about 1030 until 6-7, and I'm not getting up any more during the night to pump, so I'm really full in the morning. And then at work, I try to pump at 1030ish and again at 330ish, but its not a guaranteed time, so I do it for insurance, but I definitely still need them.
I still wear them all the time. I am leaking less than before but my right side just pours out at random times so I always have to keep replacing the pads on that side.
Re: XP: moms who BF: still wear nursing pads?
ugh. same here. i'm too paranoid to not wear them.
I leak all the time and change my pads several times a day. I had figured that this was normal. How did I get so unlucky?
yup, which I might add is super sexy
