  You are in luck, they have lightening Mcqueen frisbees at Dollar tree.

  I got little bitty ones for favor bags at a party store a few years ago.  You might also try Target - they have tons of Cars stuff.

  Or buy a plain one and put stickers on it.  He won't know the difference.
