Kind of a gross question.

My first post partum GYN appointment is Monday morning.  My period decided to rear its ugly head yesterday and it is absolutely disgusting and seriously heavy.  The doctor isn't going to check things out down there, is he????  YUCK.  I have to have this appointment to get my clearance paperwork to go back to work on Tuesday.

    he'll check your cervix.  i'd call & ask what they want you to do, which is probably reschedule.

    i was going to ask this same question.  mine came back wed or thurs (i can't remember!) and is gross & heavy too, but my appt. isn't until fri. so hopefully i'm clear.

    Awwwww....crap.  If I have to reschedule, I won't be allowed to go back to work :P
