Baby shower location?

Hi ladies,

 

Looking for ideas on where to host a small (about 15-20 people) baby shower in the city.  Reasonably priced, good food and a private room are the requirements.  Send me your ideas!  Thanks!

    You might never think about it but my bridesmaids hosted my bridal shower at Hot Chocolate in Bucktown. We had about 20 people and it was between their brunch and dinner crowds. Excellent food. Great service and they let us decorate how we wanted and we were the only one's in the place.

    The Bar Louie in Printers Row in the Dearborn station has a nice upstair area, that over looks the rest of the restaurant. I have see people have events there. The architecture is very cool.

    Branch 27 has a beautiful room full of skylights.  Fairly reasonable food, but i don't know what their policy is regarding whether or not you get the whole room to yourself.  My girlfriends are throwing my shower at the Drake.  We did it there for another of our friends, and it was very reasonable.  It was a smaller shower, but we were there for hours, and although we didn't have a private room, we were in no way cramped.  Good luck!
