AW: Rough night!

Excuse the iPhone paragraph! So, after several nights in a row of only 4-5 hours of sleep, at my weekly OB visit yesterday, I asked for suggestions or help. He wrote me an Rx for Am.bien which I hated to take but I was no longer feeling like I was operating with a full deck. So I took half a dose last night while getting ready for bed. Went through my bedtime routine and it hit me hard. I sat down in bed to blow my nose and when I did, I think I inhaled some fiber from the tissue. So I started to cough, then gag..... Then DH walked into our bedroom just in time to see me throw up all over myself. It came with no warning and bc of the sleeping pill, I had no reaction time to run to the bathroom. This incident resulted in us having to wash our mattress pad and all of our bedding. I had to shower and then mop the floor... And two pillows had to be thrown out... But I feel just fine! Pretty sure DH will never look at me the same way.

    Aww, I'm sorry it didn't quite have the desired effect last night.  That really sucks.  I hope after all that was done you at least got some good sleep!

    Oh what an awful night! It story made me giggle ONLY beacuse I could completely see that happening to me. Sorry about the pillows and having to wash all your bedding! I hope you get a good night sleep tonight.

    First of all, I hope you are feeling better!  That's horrible.  And second, do not even worry about DH - take it from a girl whose thrown up every day or night in front of her hubby - I promise he probably only felt bad for YOU.  I do understand your thinking though, I used to cry when he would see me puke the first few times but I've had to get over it :)  You're not alone.

    ugh, how awful =( i am so sorry you had to go through all this last night. i hope you get some much deserved sleep and rest tonight. ((HUGS))
