High fever, trip to NY on Saturday, WWYD?

Ok folks, here is the situation. I am supposed to fly out EARLY Saturday morning to NY to see my aging (78 and 73 years old) parents with DD. She started last night with some low grade fevers, I took her in today and they said she was OK, no ear infection, etc. Tonight she was 103! 

So I have two days, if the fever resolves you would still go, right? I hate hate hate to cancel but she still may be contagious at that point and i don't want to get my parents sick either, Their 50th wedding anni is two weeks after the trip!! SH!TE!!!

    If it were me, I'd spring for another doctor appointment tomorrow to have her checked out. Is it possible that it could just be teeth coming in causing the temp spike or is she acting sick?

    I don't think it's teeth with 103 fever. but yeah, I'll check her ears out before we go. Obsessively probably. Also she is not eating but that is common with teething too.
