Just wondering... show of hands...?

How many of you have already had your period return. My OB said it can take anywhere from 2-18 months!! That seems like a really long time. I'm not missing the joyous cost of tampons, but am missing the regular "I know what's going on" thing!!

She has not shown up here. I am EBF though.I was very irregular before pregnancy so I'm use to not knowing what is going on.

I EBF and I've gotten a visit from Aunt Flo FOUR frickin times already, and that doesn't even count the post delivery period.

Nada here, either. I also EBF. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually would want my period to start soon just for some peace of mind!

I haven't had it either, but I EBF. Not a big deal though because I haven't seen Aunt Flo since August of 2009! Stick out tongue

Not here! I'm all over the place. I pumped for 2 months, so for that reason I would expect a delay. BUT I was on the minipill from 7 weeks PP until a few days ago and didn't get it while on that. Weird, right? I just got lots of discharge (gross). I stopped it a couple days ago b/c I'm not pumping anymore and I would rather switch to a regular pill. BUT now I'm thinking I don't want to go on BC at all. Number 2 sounds more and more alluring...

Nothing yet here. I EBF for the first 8 weeks, and Zoey is now 17 1/2 weeks old. I really wish AF would come back so I'd know where I was in my cycle! We're not using bc, so I could be unknowingly pregnant, but I feel like it's pretty unlikely. I tested about a month ago, and it was negative, and haven't gotten motivated enough to test again. Stick out tongue

I EBF and have not had AF yet. I'm hoping that I don't until I'm done BF. The nurse at my OB office said if I have not had it yet, it probably won't until I'm done BF.

I haven't had it yet and I EBF. I don't miss it at all! I take the occasional pg test just to make sure, lol! I've never felt pg, but ya never know!

nothing here either! I EBF as well and chose not to go on the mini pill just bc i'd like to get a regular AF before starting anything. I was pretty irregular before BFP and took metformin to regulate things. Like pp's, I sort of want to get it, just so I can start figuring out my body again. I'd hate to be unknowingly pregnant again! We have a plan that does not include trying for another for at least 18 months!

Nope not yet! I'm still breastfeeding though. I wish it would return because we use natural family planning and I'd sure like to be on a regular cycle because it is much easier to chart and know what days are good to conceive or avoid conception.
