Frustrated with Prudential-Vent

Since I was taken out early due to pre term labor signs Prudential sent me a letter saying that my STD was accepted but that they needed more paperwork from my Dr stating why I was taken out early. Ok fine.

Here is the thing that gets me.

At the end of the letter I was informed that it is MY JOB to make sure that the dr gets the paper work and returns it ( but Prudential is faxing it to them themselves)

I should call and ask if im going to get paid for doing someones job

    I agree it is annoying to have to be on top of those types of things, especially when there are a million other things happening.  I think it's pretty standard for most insurance companies though.  I have to bring my doctor my paperwork for STD as well.
