I just got cleared for sex and honestly can't wait. However, nursing bras are matronly at best. I have to wear a bra, I leak and spray milk all the time anyway, and that isn't a huge turn on. What do you ladies wear? What about breast pads? This is so awkward it's funny to me but I'm serious. I already don't feel sexy with my mushy tummy and baby weight thighs and my nursing bra is not going to help.

It makes me feel pretty and I can still wear the pads inside...it's even comfortable! For now, the bra stays on.

I have the same bravado set in a diifferent color and that's what I wore the first tme we dtd pp. DH said beforehand he was going to avoid that area which is good since I don't think he would have cared for the lumpy feeling nursing pads. Next time I'll probably just keep on a nursing tank which covers my tummy too.

There's a reasonable selection of cute ones at Figleaves.com in a pretty good range of sizes. I was a weird size even before getting pregnant, so I've learned to shop online for all my bras. They're kind of expensive, but worth it if you want to feel particularly cute.

Or, alternatively, you could use my current method and just let the milk go where it will during sexy times... You get used to it faster than you'd think.

I pump till empty before jumping DH's bone, has worked for me so far. All other times the nursing tank just stays on, DH does not care.

With advanced notice, I pump and throw on Lilypadz. They hold the milk in long enough (since we are not anywhere near doing it for 3-4 hours...) and they are sexier than nursing pads. With no notice (like LO magically is sleeping for a few minutes and DH and I are together and not dead tired), nursing bra works bc DH is thrilled to be getting some.

It's not like you have to be able to nurse in your lingerie. Get something sexy in your current size that can camouflage some breast pads. Like:

Most of my existing lingerie is lacking in suitable cups... but I bet I would rock DH's world if I bought something nice and new.

haha i didn't wear a bra the first time we had sex....and he got milk sprayed all over him. i'm just wearing my boring nursing bra because screw it, even though i dont feel sexy he wants the sex so i figure whatever, turn off the lights and pretend its something cute. sorry that didn't help at all but whatever you do...dont lose the bra if you spray and leak lol!
