Wow - HB on doppler at 9 weeks!!

I bought the doppler with my last pregnancy after I'd had my miscarriage and it brought me SO much peace of mind. I could find DS's heartbeat around 11 weeks.

I pulled it out tonight and just for fun tried it ... and I found a heartbeat, three separate times!! I got a reading around 155 for about five seconds, and then around 175 for nearly 10 seconds!! It is so amazing. 

I haven't had my first ultrasound yet (first appt is tomorrow finally, and hopefully u/s will be Monday) and I've been so excited but so nervous about it. Now I know there's a baby with a beating heart in there!! I can't even explain my relief right now.

For those PGAL especially, I recommend these things so much. Such fun and such peace of mind.

    It's so cool that you found it before you even had an ultrasound! I found LO for the first time at 9w2d and have pretty easily since. It's the coolest thing in the world! Congrats!

    I hope I have this kind of luck, I just bought one today and can pick it up this afternoon.  FX it gives me some peace and my sanity back.
