I have been on a cupcake kick since these cupcakes were originally posted on there.

I was a little nervous at first but have have made them twice, once to try and another for a party. They were such a hit and are soooo yummy! I even did them from scratch, despite my urge to use boxed cake mix, premaid cookie dough and regular icing!

Anyhow, I have also now made Cannoli cup-cakes which were just ok, and will be trying a chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter center.

I went to the store with a list to make these from scratch, but I ended up using box white cake mix, premade cookie dough & a tub of buttercream. Next time I will make them from scratch though.
