if you swap formula checks

Have you had any trouble using them? I used my first one over the weekend and the cashier asked me if I was Betty Jones (made-up name, lol) and I said no assuming that if I said yes she was going to ask me for my ID. She wasn't going to let me use the check, but then she called her manager over and they did finally let me use it. Anyone else experience this?

That is so weird. I don't use formula and receive different checks every month, I swap them for checks that my neighbor could use and she has never had any problems. In fact, Target allows her to stack her checks and she doesn't have to pay anything for her formula.

Wow what a strict cashier! I used to be a cashier in high school and I learned never argue with someone over coupons its not worth it....lol...I would override every issue with a coupon.

Also I would point out that it says on the check "CASHIER: Treat as a coupon." (Atleast i think I saw that on them, I dont have one in front of me!!)

This happened to me at Walmart. The cashier wanted to see my ID -- I was so taken aback that I said I that I didn't have ID on me (plus it wouldn't match with the name on the swapped formula checks). She didn't let me use the check without ID. It was too crowded and I was too tired to create a scene/call a manager, so I used the checks at Babies R Us.

I like to swap checks, but not if they're going to cause me drama when I use them. (And LO is fed Nutramigen RTF which is $9 a can, so I need all the discounts I can get!)
