Anyone with no progress?

I'm 38 weeks tomorrow, and I techincally don't know if I have made no progress because my doc doesn't do internals until 39 weeks, but i feel like nothing has changed. 

I'm not crampy, I don't get BHs, the baby doesn't look like he has dropped at all, I'm not even uncomfortable (some lightening crotch and groin pain)....is this kid ever going to come out????

    I'm kind of there with you - MAYBE the kiddo's dropped a little bit (as my bladder will testify to) but it doesn't looks like it. Mucus plug unchanged, occasional BH, not very crampy - today's MW appt revealed 2cm dilated, 50% effaced, which is slightly more than 2 weeks ago but not by much. I've accepted that this kiddo is not coming till 41 weeks at the minimum to try to stop counting down the days so much.

    Just got back from the doctor and I'm 1 cm and 75% effaced... doctor said I'll probably have her around my due date but I definitely shouldn't go early. DD was 6 days late so I'm hoping for a little earlier than that... it is a little discouraging...

    I feel like nothing has changed I am not very campy just on occasion. But like the one before my I am 2cm dilated, she didn't tell me about effaced. she just said my cervix was very soft whatever that means. But last week I was 1 1/2cm. So as long as I get to 3 before I actually go into labor I will be happy with that because I will have a head start on it.

    I doubt you would feel it if you had made any progress, so you may have made some already.

    Also, progresss doesn't mean SQUAT. I wasn't dilated or effaced at all at my 39 week appointment, yet DD showed up on her own at 39w4d. Then there are others who are dilated/effaced from 36 weeks and even earlier and end up going late.

    One way or another, it's only a matter of a few weeks TOPS until you meet your baby!

    we have the exact same due date.  I have been really uncomfortable for a while and definitely have contractions and cramping BUT at my last appt 3 days ago the baby was still locked in tight.  Plus he's breech so he's not even in the right position.  I feel like he will never come out.

    I have NOTHING.  My doctor did an internal yesterday and she said there is no progress at all!  I don't know what to do.  Getting frustrated!

    Same here! I'm at 37.5 weeks and LO is still way up there (but head down). The doctor told me to walk more and maybe do some exercises to open things up a bit - if I wanted to. I wasn't effaced or dilated. So we'll just see when she wants to make her entry!
