Mine does not. I'm actually super grossed out by the possibility of "fish burps."

Mine doesn't, but I take a DHA supplement in addition.
PS If you take it right before bed you don't get the fish burps . . . they are suuper gross
Oh, good to know! I might have to try that. I know it's supposed to be really good for baby.

Mine does. My OB has me on a prescription one. I used to take the Target version of Women's 1 A Day prenatal with DHA supplement.
My trick to the DHA is to drink a lot of water afterwards you take it. Once I started that, I haven't had any fish burbs. I take mine after lunch, FWIW.
Right now I take the One-A-Day prenatal with DHA, the DHA is a separate vitamin from the Multivitamin. I have not had any fish burps whatsoever, and I take them during the day...
Mine do. I started out with gummy vitamins but then realized they were missing like half of the important stuff. I take Nature Made Prenatal vitamins with DHA. They are a little hard to swallow but they don't have a fishy taste/smell and you only have to take one pill a day (I take mine with breakfast).?

I'm currently using the One A Day brand that comes w/supplimental DHA. I tried using the samples from my Dr's office but they made me feel gross. With these, I have no "fish burps", no type of m/s and even though I still need a daily nap, I have more energy than when I took the other brands.
I take Taron-C DHA, which I don't particularly like. I was actually prescribed Concept DHA by my OB/GYN but the pharmacy substituted. I couldn't have been more sad when I opened the pill bottle and caught the first whiff of the vitamins. With the samples my doc gave me, the actual pill had no smell or aftertaste, these do. Boo.
Mine are prescription - Prenexa with plant-based DHA. I get no weird burps, but I do take them at night and perhaps because it's plant based, it's easier to digest?
I plan on switching though. I have my first OB appt tomorrow and I want to inquire about a prenatal with no unnatural dyes. Having it be vegetarian would be awesome too (I have no idea if Prenexa is vegetarian...I should know this. I am vegetarian!)
I take a separate DHA. The girl at WholeFoods told me it's hard to get the right dosage in a prenatal sometimes because it's an oil so they make it separate in a gel capsul. I don't know if she's right but I love my prentals so thought I'd just purchase a separate DHA. I also take additional perscribed folic acid. So many vitamins!!!
I take Vitamin Code raw prenatals (LOVE them and the added fruit and veggie compounds and ginger) with an added DHA - Expecta. My Dr. recommended it and it doesn't give me fish burps.
A friend advised me to take a regular prenatal vitamin (without the DHA) and then take a children's vitamin with DHA. Apparently the children's vitamins have what you need without the fish burbs. My doc said it was fine as long as I'm getting it somehow and I haven't had fish burbs :-)

Re: does your prenatal have DHA in it?
Did you take a prenatal with your DD? I don't think I did with DS, but I'm seeing more prenatals with DHA in them.

Mine does, it's Nature's Bounty Your Life Mult Prenatal. I take it at night before bed so it doesn't upset my stomach as most multi-vitamins do.
