Medications losing effectiveness?

Hi ladies, I started taking 20mg Celexa at the end of May and definitely noticed an improvement. I was less down in the dumps, had more energy and was a lot less tearful. However, the past few days it's seeming to return with full force. Is it possible to suddenly have a return of symptoms after feeling better for a while? Could this be a sign I need a higher dose? Or could it do with the fact that AF is currently here? (I didn't have any of these problems though last month when AF was here though). TIA!

    Talk to your doctor & see what he thinks about increasing your does.  When I was on Lexapro I started on 10 mg but after a few months noticed it didn't seem to be working as well so my doctor increased it to 20 mg & it was much better.  GL

    There is a good chance your meds need to be upped.  You could be getting used to them.  I ran into that a few times.
