Sorry if I'm being a post whore, but I thought you might want to pass this article on. I posted it on Facebook today:

It's by a single dad who has a great parenting blog. It's on the importance of fathers touching their kids in a society that views men who are physically affectionate with their children with suspicion. Jared read the article and loved it, so your DH's might too.

    I really liked that article, thanks for posting!  I know my DH is just too manly to read this article but he is from the school of thought that you will spoil a baby.  He does kiss & hold our DD but definitely not as much as I do.  I wish he would hold her more, she is just so snuggly.Big Smile

    You're welcome... Jared used to be a little "weirder" about it than I would have expected. When he would kiss Liam on the cheek, Liam would turn his head, and the kiss would land on his mouth, and Jared would be, "Ewww...I kissed our baby on the mouth!" And I was like, "He's a baby! Who cares?"

    Now, he's doing raspberries on his tummy and always snuggling him. The sweet thing that's just started happening is that Liam likes to feel our faces now. He'll feel my face and then Jared's unshaved face and look at us like he's amazed :-)
