Licking?

Maybe Landon has been spending too much time on the floor with T.C...

For 2 days now, all he's done is lick everything! He licks the air, the carseat, himself... everything!

And his tongue is always out. It's pretty funny.

Anyone else's LO doing this?

I guess it's part of the development, like chewing.

DS is OBSESSED with putting DH's hands in his mouth (has been as long as I can remember) and sometimes he will give each knuckle a lick to see which one tastes the best before he starts going to town gumming it Stick out tongue

I took DS to the OBGYN with me and we were discussing my medical status and he started licking the side of his car seat all intently. It was really weird and really funny. My OB gave me this look like what the heck is wrong with your kid and said, "Ummm...he's licking his car seat. Do you think he's hungry?" LOL

DS has been sticking his tongue out a lot in the last few days. At the hospital the original assessment the peditrician on staff said DS was tongue tied, when we saw our peditrician she said that it was fine so I am excited to see him sticking his tongue out so well to confirm he does have a good range of motion. Probably just a phase.

This made me laugh really loud at work. This could be us. She is forever trying to eat/lick the strap covers when trying to buckle her in, and she chews on the stroller strap too. Sitter calls her Michael Jordan since her tongue is always out!
