At my shower, SCA brought beautiful, gorgeous, amazing little Natalie. And she was sitting next to me on the couch.

And at least 25 times, I would look over at little Natalie and then look down at my stomach and just be dumbfounded that something so adorable is inside there. At this moment. Punching my cervix over and over.

Is this real life?

yup. and it gets even crazier after they're outside babies too. I constantly catch myself staring at the burrito's feet (of all things) wondering how we made this? you're gonna be a great mom isha. : )

I look at my babies and wonder how I was ever so lucky. They are gorgeous & healthy. I couldn't ask for more. I think about how these lovely babies grew inside of me. I SPPH this post.

I still constantly catch myself in awe of Belle's size, thinking "I did this." Grew her on the inside, and have been her sole source of food to make her grow to the size she is now.

Yup. Throw in a few "Wow, M was never that small as an outside baby" and we were on the same track. I did get a giggle out of my Natalie kicking her Natalie.

I am super excited for us to get all the kids together again when ours are outside babies.

To this day it still astonishes me that I made LO. Everytime he learns something new, or giggles or even when he is sleeping...it amazes me.

I'm with ya sister. It goes by so fast. It really is crazy when you see a fresh baby, and you look at your belly and realize what is in there.

Me too, mostly because she has my sister's feet exactly and I am pretty sure my sister was not involved in the process. Stick out tongue

This is so sweet. I've said to my husband a million times "Buddy, we MADE that. I GREW him! And now just over a year later he's a whole person, walking around talking to us!"

It is pretty amazing. He was just under a month old and smiled the first he you are my mom smile when I picked him up and it literally took my breath away and almost made me cry.

Now when he hears me or sees me he gets a huge grin and just stares at me with an adoring look on his face and it makes my heart melt each and every time. It truly is amazing.

Same here.

Also, this reminds me of when we finally got him back from the nursery the very first night, I realized I hadn't had a good look at him without the swaddling blankets and had and all on - so I unwrapped him and just stared for a while.
