Why do I keep looking on first tri?

I know the answer, it's to check on ladies I know who are over there.

But I either want to slam my head into a wall or answer every post. Neither of which is probably a good use of my time. Or even all that appreciated by the women posting there.

(I just wish doctors would explain how betas work to people before giving them the results. It's not eve really the fault of these women for not understanding what the levels mean if the medical professional involved hasn't laid it out for them.)

    Word. It's hard to lurk anywhere. Not like we have the answers, but...I could have sure as heck used some honest feedback back then. Honesty, but support too, ya know?

    I was just over there, too, but I don't think I have the patience to visit often. I don't want to come off as a know-it-all, but I'm right there with you on banging my head against the wall.

     Unrelated, but one of the 0-3 girls graduated med school with my husband and is married to someone in my med school class. Her and my DH were friends. I was lurking and just realized who she is. Small world!

    I really wish there were more great medical professionals who took the 10 mins to explain things in easy to understand words.

    Zomg why didn't she ask Dr. Google he knows everything sigh but your right her Dr. Should have explained how betas worked before giving her numbers. Or at least did what mine did and tell me the numbers indicated very early pregnancy.10 dpo was really very early pregnancy and I still had higher numbers than her I think.
