My son is digestively sensitive to dairy and possibly soy. We had him allergy tested to make sure it wasn't an allergy.
At the ped allergist suggested, we have been giving him things with soy in them, in small amounts to see if he can tolerate soy any better than dairy.
Now, his eczema is much worse than it ever was..and i'm thinking that the soy must be the cause.
My problem now is trying to find things for the poor kid to eat!! He eats lots of fruits-bananas, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon..etc. he has eggs for breakfast, and bread and turkey for lunch, and then chicken for dinner.
Any other things that I could try? I feel like there's way more that we could give him, but I'm having a mental block!! does anyone give their LO any type of beans?
Thanks!
