I was actually up before DS this morning and got in a 2 mile run.
Question for other exercisers: Any one using a support band yet? If so, what brand are you using, where did you get it, has it helped?
I don't need one yet, but want to have some ideas for what would work in case I do end up needing one.

I am going to the gym later to 30-45 min. in on the eliptical machine. Then DD and I are going to mommy and me gymnastics, I get to chase DD around the gym.
I don't wear any real support yet. I bought some yoga pants with belly support built in. I love them for working out in. I just roll the support down now since I don't need it. I wore similar pants for working out in when I was pregnant with DD and really liked them.
I did 30 minutes on the eliptical and then did some weights.
I haven't needed a support band yet, but I'm interested to see where others got their's from.
45 min walk this morning (about 2.5 miles)....you ladies inspire me with the running! i haven't needed a support band but probably would if i was running! i do work as a Physical Therapist Assistant though and would recommend that if anyone does end up needed one to inquire at a hospital or clinic that specializes in women's health. they should be able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks for the idea about a woman's health center for info on the support belt. I was even thinking of asking my doc. as I don't know how well informed the teenage girl working at my Motherhood Maternity is on the topic.
I am in the same boat with needing new sports bras. I totally feel the bounce for the first few minutes and then I think I just block the feeling.
