Six Month Check Up - Question/AW

He's sleeping right now so I thought I would take this moment to say that the six month shots were HORRIBLE for my Rowan He screamed for ten minutes after the nurse was done and it was a scream that I have never heard come out of him before. I feel like his emotional reactions to the shots are getting worse and worse! Is anyone else finding this to be true with their babies? Am I crazy to think that maybe he knows what's coming?

Everything else went well though. He weighs 14lbs 10oz (still a little dude) but she's not concerned. And (now for the AW part) he performed his brand new peek a boo game and waved bye bye to her when she left the examination room. So glad it's over for another three months

Aww, poor Rowan!!! At least it is done and over with! We went on friday and are 15.6 now, wooohooo! Congrats on the peek a boo game, that is darling!!

Yup, shots seem to get worse each time! He handled the 2 month shots like they were nothing. The 4 month ones messed with him for a few days after. The 6 month ones made him fussy and not eat or sleep well for 5 days! I dread the 9 month shots. Also, don't feel so small. Ds weighed in at 13lbs, but that's a major gain for him so we were psyched!
